SimuPanel is a consumer behavior simulation platform that uses artificial intelligence and peer-reviewed science to help businesses validate product ideas and make data-driven decisions. The Service is currently in development and available through our waitlist program.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SearchWell Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Houston, Texas.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and SearchWell Labs LLC with respect to the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
